1. Information We Collect
Cenaro collects only minimal Discord API data necessary to provide server administration, security, onboarding, and community engagement features. This includes:
- Discord Identifiers: Server (Guild) IDs, Channel IDs, Role IDs, and User IDs.
- Configuration Data: Administrator-configured settings, including AutoRole lists, welcomer presets, AutoMod rules, and visual workflow diagrams.
- Engagement Metrics: Numerical message counters, activity XP, and invite tracking counters.
2. How We Handle Message Content & AI
Cenaro respects user communication privacy:
- Ephemeral Processing: Message content scanned for real-time AutoMod (anti-phishing, invite link detection, toxicity filtering), auto-responders, or natural language AI commands is processed strictly in-memory and discarded immediately after analysis.
- No Off-Platform Storage: We do not store, log, or record user message content in any off-platform persistent databases.
- No AI Model Training: User message content and Discord communication data are never used to train, fine-tune, or develop machine learning or artificial intelligence models.
3. How We Use Data
Collected operational data is strictly used to execute requested bot commands, enforce community safety via AutoMod, render welcome banners, track server leaderboards, and deliver dashboard controls. We never sell, rent, monetize, or share user or server data with third parties.
4. Data Storage, Security & Retention
All configuration and numerical data is stored securely in encrypted databases employing industry-standard encryption at rest (AES-256). Data is retained as long as the bot remains active in the respective server, or until a server administrator or user requests its deletion.
5. User Data Deletion Rights
In full compliance with Discord's Developer Policy and privacy standards, users and server owners have the right to request deletion of any associated data:
- Dashboard Management: Server administrators can reset or delete their server configurations, logs, and custom workflows directly via the Cenaro Web Dashboard.
- Support Server: Community members can request data deletion by joining our official Discord Support Server and opening a ticket in #support with their User ID or Server ID.
All verified data deletion requests are permanently purged from our databases within 14 business days.
