1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting the Cenaro Discord bot to your Discord server, accessing our web dashboard at cenaro.vercel.app, or utilizing any Cenaro services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, you must cease using our services immediately and remove the bot from your server.

2. Description of Service

Cenaro provides Discord community management, natural language AI administration, in-house AutoMod and anti-raid protection, member onboarding cards, activity leveling, and event-driven automation workflows. Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued periodically to maintain stability and compliance with Discord policies.

3. Acceptable Use & Conduct

You agree not to use Cenaro for any illicit, malicious, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to:

• Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws, or Discord's Developer Terms of Service.
• Attempting to bypass safety mechanisms, rate limits, or exploit software vulnerabilities.
• Using natural language AI features to generate hate speech, harassment, malware instructions, or illegal material.
• Employing the bot to coordinate mass spam attacks, unauthorized server raids, or phishing distribution.

We reserve the right to blacklist any server or user from using Cenaro services if found violating these rules.

4. Server Administrator Responsibilities

Server administrators granting Cenaro administrative permissions (e.g., Manage Roles, Ban Members, Manage Channels) are solely responsible for managing their internal server roles and authorization whitelists. Cenaro provides safety confirmation dialogs for destructive actions, and administrators assume responsibility for actions approved and executed through the bot within their server.

5. Service Availability & Disclaimer of Warranties

Cenaro is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for high uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. Outages may occur due to hosting infrastructure maintenance or Discord Gateway API changes.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers or operators of Cenaro be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss, server damage, or service interruptions.

7. Privacy & Data Deletion

Your use of Cenaro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details data collection, storage, and deletion rights. Users may request data deletion at any time via our official support channels.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Cenaro after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
